I don’t know why you would want a 8lbs pistol that you can’t conceal and need two hands to operate, but if you do, Summit Gun Broker can hook you up with a Ruger PC40 for under 5 bills.

And if you absolutely must have a DA/SA auto, the Beretta 96G is the one to get, since the decocker does not lock the gun. And here they are for $350!

The 92G is preferable to the 96G - the .40 S&W tends to be a little harder on the locking block than 9mm, so you have to change it out with more frequency.
